Mizuki Himeji is one of the smartest students in Fumizuki Academy, but ended up in Class F – the lowest ranked class, due to her running a fever on her placement exam day and eventually failing the grade. Mizuki is also portrayed as a shy, innocent, yet determined girl and has a love interest in Akihisa.  Even though she is both smart and beautiful, Mizuki's cooking is horrendous to the extent that it can be fatal. However, she is completely oblivious to that and encourages her friends to eat her cooking. She is good friends with Minami Shimada, despite the fact that they are love rivals.
